While pilates is a key part of her routine, Janhvi Kapoor often intensifies her workouts with challenging exercises. Her latest Instagram video features a dynamic mix of weight training, cardio and pilates. The clip showcases Janhvi starting her workout with a rope exercise for strength building, followed by weighted hip thrusts on a machine to target her glutes. She then moves to assisted pull-ups using ropes and works on her abdominal muscles, lower back and obliques with a hyperextension bench. For this, she places her legs on the machine, keeps her torso perpendicular to her legs, holds weight, and slowly lowers her body. The video also highlights Janhvi using the pilates machine for crossover leg lifts, focusing on her legs.
The actress then transitions to free squats on a balancing board, demonstrating her ability to squat down while maintaining balance. We also catch a glimpse of Janhvi spending time with her dog in the gym. The video continues with Janhvi running on the treadmill, doing weighted reverse lunges on a reformer Pilates machine and performing ball slams to target her back muscles, core and arms. She concludes her workout with weighted squats.

She also incorporates Russian twists with a ball into her routine and finishes with a run on the treadmill.
