Gemma Collins has revealed she had to call an ambulance for her fiancé Rami Hawash on Friday night, as she thanked the paramedics for their help.
The former TOWIE star, 43, took to her Instagram stories on Saturday to reveal that the businessman, 50, had been taken ill.
She shared a picture of Rami laying on the sofa as he was hooked up to a machine, with two ambulance workers surrounding him.
Gemma wrote: ‘Thank you to the amazing ambulance service who came for Rami last night, thankfully he will be ok.’
It came just hours after the reality star shared a slew of festive pictures as she signed off for the year and told her followers she will speak to them in 2025.
In one snap, Gemma looked glamorous as she wrapped up warm in a fluffy blue coat teamed with a cream jumper dress and a matching beret.

It comes after Gemma had her own health scare in October and was rushed to hopsital, claiming she ‘nearly died’ after being stung by a wasp amid her Venice holiday.
The TOWIE struggled to speak as her tongue swelled following an allergic reaction, before Rami called for an ambulance.
The businessman, who popped the question in February, captured the terrifying incident as the reality TV star administered ice to her tongue while waiting for medical help.
In the clip the an emotional Gemma explained the couple were in the Italian city to plan their wedding, when she was stung as they dined alfresco.
Gemma said: ‘I’m sitting here drinking my coffee As I drink it I feel a sharp sting on my tongue, and it could only happen to me’.
‘And now I’m about to die because my tongue is swelling up so much. But we’ve got an ambulance coming. I’m gonna have the injection, and I’m not dying today.’
The ambulance arrived on the water and Gemma was examined and hitched up to a drip before being taken on the boat to hospital.

Businessman Rami got engaged to the TOWIE legend earlier this year and the couple have since spilled the beans about their plans for their upcoming nuptials, revealing they want three separate weddings.
Gemma explained that she wants a main ceremony in the UK, a second taking place abroad and then a ‘formal one’ for their closest family and friends.
In true GC style, she added that multiple celebrations means she is also planning to have several different wedding dresses.
