Google Pixel 10 launch is this month but some of the new devices might face shipping delays due to some reasons.
Pixel 10 Pro Fold and a few more devices could be delayed
Google is launching the Pixel 10 series later this month, where we could also see the new Pixel Watch 4 model. However, a new report says the Pixel 10 foldable and the new Pixel watch might not be available soon after their official announcement.
The Pixel 10 series will have four models this year as well, including the new Pro Fold model but it seems Google is facing some issues in getting them ready for the early phase of sales in the market. The Pixel 10 official launch is on August 20, and most reports say the new devices will be shipping a week after their launch. But maybe that does not include some of the new products.
Pixel 10 Delays Tipped: What We Know
The report from WinFuture says the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, Pixel Buds 2a and the new Watch 4 will be available somewhere around October which is more than a month’s delay in the market. In fact, these devices might get beaten by the new iPhone 17 series from Apple that are expected to be unveiled in September.
This means the first sale for the Pixel 10 series might have the regular 10, along with the 10 Pro and the 10 Pro XL models. Delays are not uncommon for Google, which faced similar supply chain issues last year as well with the Pixel 9 Pro model that was released a few weeks later after the August 22 shipping date.
We’ll be eagerly waiting to see if Google has more details about these rumours at the launch event. The Pixel 10 series India launch timeline is also public and we expect the new devices to be announced with the local pricing and other offers on August 21.
The Pixel 10 model price could start from $799 (Rs 68,000 approx) for the base 128GB variant, going up to $899 (Rs 77,000 approx) for the 256GB model. The Pixel 10 Pro launch price could be starting at $999 (Rs 87,500 approx) that buys you the 128GB model.
While the Pixel 10 Pro XL base 256GB variant could be priced starting from $1,199 (Rs 1,05 lakh approx) going all the way up to $1,549 (Rs 1.35 lakh approx) for the highest 1TB model. And finally, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold model could have the same $1,799 (Rs 1,58,000 approx) starting price for the base model as the 9 Pro Fold version.
