He also addressed how he gained weight and reached 95 kgs. However, he surprised fans with his dramatic weight loss when he shed almost 17 kgs in a month. Recently, his fitness coach Arun Kumar spoke about how Honey Singh achieved this marvellous feat.
In a conversation with Aaj Tak, fitness coach Arun Kumar talked about how Honey Singh went on a strict diet and fitness regime to lose weight. The rapper went from 95 kgs to 77 kgs in a month with discipline and guidance. The fitness coach revealed that the rapper drank a special green juice that helped him enhance his metabolism.
Honey Singh’s Green Juice Recipe
Arun revealed that the green juice helped Honey detoxify his body. The juice is packed with powerful ingredients, and it is best to consume it on an empty stomach in the morning. The juice contains beetroot, amla, cucumber, carrots, and coriander leaves. All these ingredients aid digestion, hydration, metabolism, blood circulation, and fat loss, which helped the rapper lose 17 kgs.
Honey Singh’s Well-Planned Diet
The fitness coach mentioned that he planned Honey’s diet in a way that would be sustainable in the long run.
For breakfast, Honey started his day with the green juice which was followed by blended vegetables or their pulp to ensure fibre intake. For lunch, he had boiled chicken with rice. For the evening, he went with vegetable soup or chicken. Finally, he ended his day with green vegetables or soup. The rapper avoided processed food, sugar, and alcohol during this journey.

Apart from this diet, Honey took on a regime that focused on building muscles. His workout included strength training, cardio, and high-rep training.
