Since making his T20 debut in March 2013, star all-rounder Hardik Pandya has played 291 matches and scored 5390 runs along with taking 200 wickets.

Star Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya is leading the Mumbai Indians in IPL 2025, and on Monday (April 7), during his team’s fifth match of the ongoing season, which is currently underway at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai against Royal Challengers Bengaluru, he joined Ravindra Jadeja and Axar Patel in an elite list.

The 31-year-old cricketer from Baroda dismissed Virat Kohli (67 from 42) and Liam Livingstone (0 from 2 balls) on the first and third balls of the 15th over of RCB’s innings, and the second wicket of Livingstone helped him complete 200 wickets in T20s. By crossing the 200-wicket mark, Pandya became the third Indian cricketer after Jadeja and Axar to take 200 wickets and score 2000 runs in T20s.

Since making his T20 debut for his domestic side Baroda against Mumbai in Ahmedabad on March 17, 2013, Hardik has played 291 T20 matches and has scored 5390 runs along with taking 200 wickets.

Hardik made his T20I debut for India against Australia at Adelaide Oval on January 26, 2016, and so far has picked up 94 wickets in 114 matches. Hardik is India’s third leading wicket-taker in T20Is, and he has also scored 1812 runs in 90 innings.

He bowled four overs against RCB on Monday and picked up two wickets for 45 runs.

Axar, who is leading Delhi Capitals in IPL 2025, has played 277 T20 matches so far, and with the help of eight fifties, he has scored 3131 runs in 200 innings. He has also bowled on 272 occasions and dismissed 239 batters. His best bowling figures in T20s are 4 for 21.

Jadeja, on the other hand, has played 336 T20 matches so far and has dismissed 227 batters along with scoring 3760 runs.

Hardik, who picked up five wickets for 36 runs in MI’s last IPL 2025 match played against Lucknow Super Giants at Ekana Stadium on Friday (April 4), after taking two more wickets on Monday, has now moved to the No. 1 position in the list of leading wicket-takers in IPL 2025. He has 10 wickets to his name in four IPL 2025 matches played so far.
