What Are The Benefits Of Having Black Pepper

Headache: Grind black pepper in rice water or bhringraj juice and apply it to the forehead to alleviate migraine pain.

Hairfall: If one suffers from hair loss, one can grind black pepper with onion and salt and apply the mixture to the hair.

Cough and cold: Mixing one and a half grams of black pepper powder in jaggery. Have it 3-4 times a day. One can also add black pepper powder to hot milk and have it.
