As the wedding season commences, it’s time for to-be brides and grooms to focus on their wedding trousseau and look for the big day. And for both, makeup plays a huge role. There’s Haldi, Mehndi, Sangeet and the main ceremony to dress up for. With numerous makeup options available, brides often find themselves unsure about which style to choose.
Local18 spoke to makeup artist Sunil Tiwari from Sam Makeup Studio in Almora, Uttarakhand, who shared the latest trends in bridal makeup and the price range for each.
Makeup Options And Their Prices
According to Tiwari, various options are available, from standard to airbrush makeup, but most brides prefer HD makeup for their wedding day.
HD Makeup: This long-lasting makeup lasts for approximately 12 hours and is priced between Rs 10,000 and Rs 15,000.
Airbrush Makeup: Based on a silicone base, this makeup lasts for up to 24 hours and can cost up to Rs 25,000.
3D Makeup: A makeup style with dark tones that enhances the natural features of the face, costing between Rs 10,000 and Rs 15,000.
Booking for the Wedding Season
