Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is planning to layoff 12,000 employees as a part of the company’s broader strategy to become a future-ready organisation. Amid this, the salaries of the company’s top brass have come into light.

Tata Sons executive chairman N Chandrasekaran is among India’s highest paid leaders, drawing a 15 per cent salary hike in FY25, according to a report by Business Standard. He bagged a total compensation of Rs 155.81 crore in this financial year, a whole 15 per cent more than the Rs 135 crore he got in FY24.
