PAN Errors:
Step 1: Visit the NSDL PAN Website
Step 2: Click on ‘Change/Correction in PAN card details’
Step 3: Enter the PAN card details and click ‘Submit’
Step 4: Once your request is registered, you will receive a token or reference number on your registered email ID.
Step 5: Select what you wish to update (name, father’s name, date of birth, gender, address, contact information)
Step 6: Enter the updated details now and upload the necessary documents
Step 7: Pay the required fees and submit the application
Once the process is complete, you will receive an acknowledgement number, which will be required to check the status of the correction application.
Aadhaar Errors
Step 1: Go to the official website of UIDAI
Step 2: Login using your registered mobile number and OTP generated.
Step 3: Click on Update Aadhaar online
Step 4: Select what you want to update (name, address, gender phone number)
Step 5: Update the details
Step 6: Click on the Submit option.
Step 7: Now pay the Rs 50 charged to receive a service request number, which can be used to track the request.
