How to lose weight with a sedentary lifestyle?

Limit your calorie intake: Portion control refers to the practice of limiting the number of calories consumed each day. When you overeat, fat accumulates in undesired body portions such as the waist, thighs and belly. To lose weight, consume fewer calories than your body expends, regardless of your activity level.  Those with sedentary lifestyles must be aware of portion sizes and caloric intake.

Hydration: Staying hydrated is important for both overall health and weight loss. Drinking water throughout the day can be a helpful strategy for weight management, as it can reduce hunger and prevent unnecessary snacking.

Incorporate desk exercises: If you work long hours at a computer, incorporating desk exercises can help you manage belly fat. The best part is that you can get a full-body workout all day without leaving your desk. Improve your posture: Good posture can significantly boost productivity. Sitting up straight with your shoulders back helps engage and strengthen your core and back muscles.
