A woman who spent more than $120,000 on 14 plastic surgeries – including five nose jobs – has clapped back at haters who judge her for going under the knife so many times.
Violet, 33, from Los Angeles, told the Daily Mail that a high-achieving background was the driving force behind the need to constantly improve herself.
‘My childhood shaped me into someone who embraces risk,’ she said.
‘I’ve always loved change, whether it’s exploring new hobbies or changing my appearance.
‘I think my competitive upbringing manifested this constant appetite to push boundaries both mentally and physically, fueling my desire to become the best version of myself.’
Violet had her first plastic surgery at the age of 21. Over the next decade, she would undergo another 13 procedures and spend more than $120,000 in her quest for aesthetic enhancement.
She has documented much of the transformation on TikTok, where she has received heavy criticism over her decision to continually evolve.
‘I understand the criticism since plastic surgery isn’t widely accepted or understood,’ Violet said.

‘People often jump to conclusions, assuming I have body dysmorphia or deep insecurities.
‘The truth is, I was always attractive before any procedures. I simply want to enhance my natural features and maintain my beauty.’
While she is happy with the results from most of the surgeries, Violet admitted there were a few that she wouldn’t recommend to others.
Her first procedure was a buccal fat transfer with submental liposuction – designed to remove excess fat from under the chin and add volume to the cheeks – which cost $5,000.
While it ‘looked great’ at first, she now regrets having it done so young.
‘Removing my lower face fat prematurely aged me, especially after losing a lot of weight. I’m now revising that with facial fat transfer,’ she said.
‘Buccal fat keeps our faces more youthful and provides that soft tissue support we need in the lower face.

Next, she had four rounds of facial fat transfer – in which fat is harvested from one area of the body and transferred to the face. Pictured before (left) and after (right)

Violet has had five nose jobs. She said of the first: ‘The overall shape was acceptable, however the excessive height and projection caused my nose to deviate.’ Pictured after the first one
‘Prematurely removing that caused my lower face to become gaunt and saggy, which is why I did facial fat transfer to add back volume.
‘I really liked how it gave me a sharper jawline but over the years my submental area became really thin.’
That was followed by four rounds of facial fat transfer – in which fat is harvested from one area of the body and transferred to the face to restore volume and improve contour – which cost roughly $25,000.

‘I staged out this procedure gradually over four rounds to prevent overfilling and targeted different areas each round,’ she added. ’10/10. Loved the results.’
She also underwent an upper blepharoplasty, or eyelid lift, for $3,000.
Initially pleased with the results, she later experienced an ‘unfortunate complication’ that forced her to pay $6,000 more for a revision surgery.
‘I wasn’t able to close my eyes when I slept which caused chronic dry eyes,’ she said.
‘I can finally close my eyes now after five years due to the natural aging and sag of the eyelids. I really love the end results now.’
Other procedures included a hairline transplant for $5,000 and a lip lift for $7,000, both of which she felt were worth it.
‘It took around a year for the transplanted hair to fully grow [but it was] life changing,’ she said. ‘And I’m obsessed with the shape of my upper lip.’
Lastly, she has had five rhinoplasties, which together cost $73,000.

She said: ‘I went back and he revised the tip area and now my current nose is absolutely perfect! Finally got my dream nose after five tries.’ Pictured after the fifth one
After the first nose job, Violet said she was dissatisfied with the projection and height of her nose, which she felt caused it to deviate.
‘I went back to the same doctor [and had another surgery]. This was supposed to fix that deviation but I was left with more deformities.
‘I had a really severe retracted columella, worse deviation, and really pinched tip.’
A third operation fixed the deviation but still left her unhappy with the look. She then switched doctors for a fourth procedure, which brought improvement – until scar tissue caused the grafted tip to become visible under the skin.
‘He made a big improvement and I loved the overall shape. However, my scarred up skin contracted really badly in the tip area and caused the tip graft to become visible through the skin,’ she said.
‘I went back and he revised the tip area and now my current nose is absolutely perfect! Finally got my dream nose after five tries.’

She said despite regretting some of the procedures, she feels like ‘each step of her plastic surgery journey’ has been a lesson. Pictured before (left) and after (right) her surgeries
Despite the complications and regrets, Violet explained that she feels like ‘each step of her plastic surgery journey’ had been a ‘lesson in self discovery’.
‘These experiences have given me both purpose and responsibility to share with others,’ she said.
‘I hope to use my platform to provide the plastic surgery education I wish I had access to. Sharing is caring!’
For those considering cosmetic work, she has a few words of advice – avoid ‘chasing beauty trends’, focus on ‘looking like the best version of yourself’ and don’t transform anything ‘too drastically’ but rather make subtle changes.
‘Do thorough research on your doctors and don’t rely solely on social media posts to judge results,’ she said.
‘Connect with their long term patients to verify that results remain consistent over time.
‘And have a solid support system. Recovery can be rough especially if you encounter complications.’
