Makhana Rasmalai Pudding Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Makhana (Fox Nuts)
- 10-12 Pistachios
- 1 Cup Curd
- 1 Tablespoon Kesar Water (Saffron Water)
- 1/2 Tablespoon Jaggery Powder
Instructions:
- Step 1: Add Makhana, Pistachios, Jaggery Powder, Yogurt And Kesar Water in a mixer or blender.
- Step 2: Blend all the ingredients until they become thick, creamy and turn light brown in colour.
- Step 3: Mix thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are perfectly combined.
- Step 4: Allow the mixture to cool down.
