Head coach of the India U-23 football team, Naushad Moosa, announced the 29-man probables list for the side’s exhibition engagements in the Tajikistani Capital City of Dushanbe in June on Thursday.
As part of the All Indian Football Federation’s long term plan to facilitate a smooth transition for the Indian colts into the senior team, the youngsters will take on their Tajikistan counterparts on June 18 before squaring up against the age category outfit of Kyrgyz Republic on the 21st of the same month.
The team is set to begin preparations for the overseas friendly fixtures on the 1st of June, with the national camp slated to take place in Kolkata. The Indian Colts are slated to jet off to Dushanbe on the 16th of the month for the friendlies.

The AIFF has lined-up camps and exhibition matches for the Indian U23 side during the FIFA international windows in order to prepare for AFC U23 Asian Cup Qualifiers, to be held later this year, and the Asian Games, to be staged in Japan in 2026, as part of the long-term plans for the Blue Colts.

Defenders: Nikhil Barla, Dippendu Biswas, Bikash Yumnam, Pramveer, Clarence Fernandes, Sajad Hussain Parray, Muhammed Saheef, Subham Bhattacharya, Suman Dey.
