Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are the proud owners of several impressive properties but it is their $27 million townhouse in New York City that fans simply can’t get enough of.
The Live with Kelly and Mark hosts’ primary home is situated on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and has provided a beautiful background in so many of the couple’s down-to-earth social media posts over the years.
Thursday saw Kelly, 54, give her Instagram viewers a hint of the Thanksgiving décor that her family would enjoy over the holidays as she shared photos of their dining room table adorned with gorgeous flowers.
Another image saw her husband, 53, enjoying the warmth of their idyllic log-burning fireplace, alongside a low coffee table, which was covered in a lavish floral display, books and candles.
The couple – who have been married for 27 years – purchased the property back in 2013.
The townhouse had previously belonged to fashion mogul Luca Orlandi and his model wife, Oluchi Onweagba, with the sale making the property the second most expensive townhouse sold in NYC that year.
The 7,796-square-foot mansion then got a major revamp thanks to a floor-to-ceiling renovation, which allowed the couple to implement changes needed to make it their dream home.
Built in 1882, the home features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a dream walk-in closet and boasts two fireplaces.

Judging by Kelly’s Instagram post, the family will be reunited for the holidays as the couple spend it with their children: Michael, 27; Lola, 23; and Joaquin, 21.

They also have some other lesser-seen homes, including a Hamptons estate and a rental in Ann Arbor, Michigan, which they use to be close to Joaquin while he studies at the University of Michigan.
The pair are known for being completely smitten but they recently shocked viewers of Live with Kelly and Mark by broaching the subject of divorce live on air.
Earlier this month, Kelly surprised her cohost and husband as she began to discuss the controversial topic.
The Hope and Faith star started off by mentioning how she’d recently read a magazine article about the growing phenomenon of the ‘gray divorce’ – a term used to describe the increasing number of divorces among people aged 50 and older.
‘I was talking to Mark about it and Mark got very defensive,’ she explained.

Mark responded, ‘You came home from the trip and you were like, “I read this amazing article!”‘
Kelly then joked that the way the article was written had made her feel like she wanted to get a ‘gray’ divorce too.
The term was coined in 2004 by the American Association of Retired Persons. In recent years, divorces among those 50 and older have risen significantly, with 36 per cent of Americans who divorced in 2019 above the age of 50, according to CNBC.
Kelly and Mark first met in 1994 when he was auditioning for the soap opera All My Children, which launched both of their careers.
They eloped to Las Vegas on May Day 1996 and have been together ever since, welcoming their three children.
‘Find someone that you enjoy walking on the beach with, talking about the future, about what you want,’ Mark told the digital lifestyle magazine Mr Feelgood last year.
‘We did that when we were 24 years old, and we still do it now. Like: “Wouldn’t it be great if we could do this?”‘ the Hollywood heartthrob explained.

‘I never want to stop doing that, dreaming about what we could do. Now there’s talk about grandchildren, and we’re designing things around that – we want to be the magnets, we want to be the favorite grandparents. So we’re building the magnets so they have to come to us,’ Mark dished.
‘It’s those kinds of conversations that really tie us together,’ he added, reflecting on the way he and Kelly plan for their lives going forward.
‘Even though I know I’m highly annoying and she is extremely patient. I would say that’s definitely a big factor in our relationship – her patience.
‘The word allegiance is probably not a strong enough word – but I know she has my back, and I hope she knows I have hers.’
