Apple might be getting ready to introduce the M4-powered Macs this week, but the company is equally invested in its future products and one of them could be the iPhone SE 4 model. Yes, the affordable iPhone version is expected to launch in early 2025 but now reports have talked about a more clearer timeline for the iPhone SE 4 announcement by the company. iPhone SE 4 Launch Timeline Leaked: What We Know
The report from Bloomberg suggests Apple could be planning for a Q1 2025 iPhone SE 4 launch which is between January to March next year. We have seen the earlier SE models launch around the same time so it is surprising to see reports quote this as the possible time for the iPhone SE 4 launch as well.
While the iPhone 16 series has excited everyone because of their support for the Apple Intelligence features and the new camera control button, the iPhone SE 2025 is shaping up to be one of Apple’s biggest upgrades in years.
Rumours have talked about the new upcoming iPhone SE model to feature an iPhone 14-like design which means buyers can expect more than one or two upgrades.
Apple seems to be shifting from LCD to OLED for all its products, and we assume that includes the yet-to-launch iPhone SE 2025 model. Latest reports have said that Apple wants to start using OLED panels for its models by 2025 taking assistance from the likes of Samsung, LG and BOE.
The upcoming iPhone SE model is tipped to support AI features from Apple, which suggests it could be powered by the A17 Pro or even the A18 chipset. The device could feature a 48MP main camera, come with 6GB RAM and also support USB C for charging.
