The helicopter crash that killed Iran’s President Ebrahim Raisi in May was caused by bad weather and overloading, reports Iranian media. The final investigation concluded that the helicopter was unable to handle the weight it was carrying, as per a Fars news report citing an Iranian security official. The probe found that the chopper was unable to ascend with extra passengers beyond security protocols, Fars reported.
