Laughter Chefs 2 is a hit with viewers. After the success of its first season, the second instalment of the reality series has also managed to maintain its charm and excitement. Known for mixing laughter with culinary challenges, the show has been grabbing attention as popular celebrities bring their fun side into the kitchen.
This season features celebrities like Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Rahul Vaidya, Sudesh Lehri, Rubina Dilaik, Elvish Yadav, Abhishek Kumar, Samarth Jurel, Mannara Chopra, Abdu Rozik, Kashmera Shah and Krushna Abhishek. Aly Goni is part of the show with Reem Shaikh as his cooking partner. Both Abdu Rozik and Mannara Chopra have now exited the show. After their departure, Karan Kundrra and Nia Sharma have returned for the second season.
The upcoming episode will bring in a Bollywood-themed challenge and the participants will dress up as famous actors. But one major change will be seen in the lineup – Rahul will not be a part of the show. Taking his place will be Jasmin Bhasin, who will partner with Rubina in the upcoming episode. This unexpected pairing has caught attention since viewers remember the tension between them during Bigg Boss 14.
Talking about her entry, Jasmin shared that she had been following the show closely as Aly Goni, her boyfriend, is already a part of it. She said she was really excited to join Laughter Chefs 2 after hearing all the fun stories from him.
“I was thrilled to join Laughter Chefs as a guest! This show is a full-blown comedy riot, and every week, Aly’s wild updates had me counting down the days till I could dive into the chaos myself,” she said as quoted by Filmi Beat.
Explaining her experience, Jasmin said it felt like a “home” when she entered the kitchen on the set. She praised the creative and entertaining cooking tasks on the series, adding that she hadn’t tried those challenges before. She also pointed out how interesting it was to compete against other celebrities, especially Aly, calling it, “a recipe that’s tough to nail.”
“Teaming up with Rubina brought back a wave of memories and our cooking chemistry had the precision of clockwork. We channelled girl power to the hilt and gave our competitors a lot to worry about,” she continued.
“The audience is about to find out if I can out-cook Aly in the kitchen!” Jasmin added.
Laughter Chefs 2 airs every weekend at 9:30 PM on Colors TV and JioHotstar.
