The Jio AI Cloud is part of Jio’s AI everywhere for everyone vision which uses Connected Intelligence technology.

“We will also have the most affordable prices in the market for those needing even higher storage. We plan to launch the Jio AI-Cloud Welcome offer starting Diwali this year, bringing a powerful and affordable solution where cloud data storage and data-powered AI services are available to everyone everywhere,” Mukesh Ambani, Chairman, RIL announced at the RIL AGM 2024 on Thursday.

Currently, you have cloud storage offerings from Google and Apple for millions of users but their free plans come with limited GB storage. For details, Google’s cloud storage plans start from Rs 130 per month for 100GB storage, while Apple charges Rs 75 for its 50GB iCloud storage which goes up to Rs 219 per month if you want 200GB storage on the cloud.

Jio is also going to offer the most affordable prices on its cloud storage plans for people who need higher storage support for their requirements. Cloud storage helps people store their private and useful data like documents, files and photos on a server that is secure and lets them seamlessly transfer or share data without downloading any app.
