JLS star Oritsé Williams has shared his joy at welcoming a son, calling it a ‘blessing’ after he and his wife endured two heartbreaking miscarriages.
The singer, 37, who is already a dad to 10-year-old Omré from a previous relationship, told OK!: ‘I’m on cloud nine. I’m in complete awe of my baby boy, he is truly a blessing and I’m proud of us.’
Oritsé revealed the little ones name is Shiva Zion Olumidé Williams, meaning the destroyer of darkness but also the creator.
Talking about their struggle to conceive Kazz, 40, revealed that she found out she was pregnant, on the day they met with specialists to discuss IVF as an option.
She said: ‘After the meeting, I started to feel a bit sick so I took a pregnancy test – and it was positive. I couldn’t believe it.’
In an emotional admission, Kazz revealed she was ‘happy and scared’ when she found out the news and due to their devastating losses was ‘crippled with anxiety’.

The couple booked weekly private scans in a bid to reassure them both that everything was okay and it was here where they found out Kazz had gestational diabetes so had to change her diet.
Opening up about their journey, Oritsé said: ‘We are grateful for the support and love we have received. We had no idea that many of our friends went through it, too.’

Marketing manager and former singer Kazz, first met Oritsé in 2019 after they connected on social media.
The pair married in 2022 which he described as ‘one of the most magical moments’ of his life.

Oritsé previously wrote: ‘When we ran away, just the two of us together, just you and I and got married in Jamaica, it was one of the most magical moments in my entire life, but to be honest, I would’ve married you anywhere, because the magic is YOU.
‘When I watched you walk down the pier isle, along the Caribbean Sea, in the stunning golden hour in your magnificent champagne dress, honestly you made me struggle to keep all composure, I knew I was so blessed, I felt like the luckiest man on earth from the moment you said YES.’
The wedding, which he described as a fairytale, saw them exchange vows in front of five of their closest friends at boutique Zoëtry hotel on Jamaica’s Montego Bay.
Prior to his relationship with Kazz, Oritsé welcomed son Omré in 2014 with his ex Aimee Jade Azari. The pair split in 2016, a year and a half after AJ gave birth.
Oritsé rose to fame as one-fourth of JLS in 2009 and previously revealed a big reason he became a pop star was to afford care for his mother.
Appearing on Good Morning Britain in April, Oritse revealed he was just 12 when he became the main caregiver to his mother, his younger sister Naomi, who was two at the time, and his brother Temisan, then 10.
The star asked for more support for all young carers in the UK, recalling his own struggle looking after his mother as a child.
