Jordon Hudson has posted a confusing cryptic statement on behalf of her 73-year-old boyfriend Bill Belichick in an apparent attempt to divert attention from the horror show of his train-wreck CBS interview.
The couple, who share a controversial 49-year age gap, made headlines for all the wrong reasons at the weekend when Hudson, 24, was captured bizarrely interrupting a question about their love life.
Now, in what appears to be a preemptive rebuke of a fresh interview, the New England Patriots legend has launched an attack on the media.
In an apparent attempt to avoid another PR crisis, Hudson shared a screenshot of an email written by Belichick to members of his camp. ‘Full statement to be released later today,’ the former cheerleader teased in the caption.
‘I don’t think this is fantastic, but it probably will hype the book, which is clearly the ongoing theme here…,’ Belichick began his correspondence. ‘This is about what I expected from the media.’
The University of North Carolina head coach, who sat down with CBS Mornings to promote his new book ‘The Art of Winning: Lessons from My Life in Football’, appeared to go on to discuss another upcoming article from his promotional tour.
Bill Belichick has hit out in an apparent preemptive attack on the media amid his CBS horror

Belichick’s girlfriend Jordon Hudson shared an email from the coach to Instagram Tuesday
It is currently unclear which interview he is referring to and it seems the article has yet to be published but amid the backlash to his controversial conversation with CBS – which aired Sunday – Belichick is already hitting out at the ‘negative’ media attention.
He appears to take issue in particular with the mystery article’s focus on his admission that he ‘f***ed up’ during one of his many appearances at the Super Bowl with the Patriots.
‘We went through how important it was for me to put “I f***ed up” in the book, and of course, that is the feature of this article – which is mostly about admitting mistakes and talking about a Super Bowl mistake. I am fine with putting mistakes in the book, but I am certainly not surprised that of 260+ pages, that is what they would highlight,’ he continued, ripping into the promotion of his upcoming autobiography.
‘And of course, the “f*”*ed up” is the click bait they used for the story. We’ll see what the title of the article is, which I noticed has been conveniently left out – do we have approval on that. I would approve this article if we can also approve the headline, which is actually more important than the article.
‘We can expect that the “interviews” and “podcasts” that will supposedly drive the sales will also come from similar samples.’
Belichick also seems to claim that a separate interview was canceled over his refusal to discuss his coaching role at the University of North Carolina, while bemoaning the lack of media focus on the ‘business aspects’ of his book.
He also referred to conversations with New York Times best-selling author Suzy Welch and American billionaire Ray Dalio but the context of their discussions is not clear.
‘These appearances will, no doubt, want to focus on whatever negatives they can extract from the book, and all the current events that don’t have anything to do with the book, but are most relevant to their “ratings” and their agenda (which is not mine),’ he furiously penned.

The 24-year-old had muscled awkwardly into boyfriend Bill Belichick’s CBS interview
‘That was evident when Alelrod dropped the story because we would not do current events at UNC. We’ll see how many people wan (sic) to talk about the $5,000 bill for “spoiled milk,” and other entertaining & business aspects of the book. I have no doubt the “I p***ked (sic) up” will not be the main focus of Ray Dalio & Suzy Welch in my conversations with them.’
Belichick went on to take issue with how the book was being promoted, while notably revealing he was not fully in control of its creation.
‘I will say again, that I want this book to be presented as a look at my professional life and how I did my job on the way up to, and as the leader of an organization that grew from a $500 m franchise to an $8 b organization that played in 10 and won 6 Super Bowls over 25 years,’ he added. ‘This book is about how I did my job, and lessons from my 50 years in and around the NFL – not a bathroom book that highlights my mistakes.
‘I acknowledge the mistakes in the book, but of course, “I f***ed up” is the catch phrase.
‘[…] I have, at times reluctantly, gone along with the title, cover, and language in the book. I am not going to be the conductor of a hype train in the book promotion – we have enough hype to work with.
‘I hope we can get on the same page in promoting the book authentically.’
Hudson’s Instagram post, which tagged her location as Annapolis, Maryland, sparked further confusion as the second image showed a still of two men’s feet on grass with someone’s finger partially covering the lens.
A timestamp, ’35:59,’ was also featured, while CBS Mornings and its co-host Tony Dokoupil, who conducted Sunday’s interview with Belichick, were tagged.

The former cheerleader’s post also contained a still of two men’s feet and a timestamp
The bizarre post comes two days after the former cheerleader sparked a frenzy with her awkward interjection during Belichick’s interview with CBS Mornings.
During the eight-minute clip, Belichick was asked how the couple met before a stony-faced Hudson interjected from the producer’s table and said: ‘We’re not talking about this.’
Dokoupil also quizzed Belichick about his football career, including his exit from the Patriots and relationship with owner Robert Kraft, which was met with yet another excruciatingly awkward response from the coach.
But, unsurprisingly, the snippet featuring Hudson’s uncomfortable moment immediately went viral. It sparked an outcry from Belichick’s supporters, including Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy, many of whom expressed concern for the football coach.
The CBS car crash also reportedly caused Belichick’s friends to stage an intervention as the humiliating fallout continues to spiral.
A New York Post report Tuesday says his friends are ‘shaking their heads’ at his involvement with Hudson and have contacted him about it.
‘They are talking to him about her, but very gently because they know how deep in he is,’ the Post quotes an insider as saying. ‘She saw an opening and she took it.
‘This guy is known as being such a strong voice and in many ways autocratic — and here he is becoming mush in her hands and letting her direct everything. She is so much younger, so inexperienced and so lacking in perspective and professionalism.

The moment sparked fears for the 73-year-old coach amid his relationship with Hudson

‘This CBS interview really exposed how bad things are and how much control that she’s been able to get. The optics were brutal.’
It emerged Monday morning that it wasn’t the first time Hudson, who was described as ‘a constant presence during our interview’ by Dokoupil, muscled in to the questioning.
TMZ later reported that Hudson at one point stormed out of the interview – delaying shooting for around 30 minutes. Hudson reportedly wanted Belichick to leave the room with her, and Dokoupil is said to have been ‘spooked’ by the overall experience.
Furthermore, CBS producers were said to be befuddled that Belichick arrived to the interview with no one from his book’s publishing company or UNC, while a planned second interview was ultimately canceled.
CBS executives reportedly got involved in the final edit of the interview, with the inclusion of the awkward Hudson moment seemingly a very intentional decision by the network.
ProFootballTalk reported that Hudson’s numerous interruptions caused the network to include the one example of her shutting down a question.
