Actress Kamya Punjabi, who had participated in Bigg Boss 7, has been consistently following the current season and has never shied away from giving her opinion. She frequently uses social media to express her thoughts after each significant episode and the participants’ gameplay. In the most recent episode, participants were given the task of choosing the new Time God, and Eisha Singh emerged victorious. Now, the actress has spoken out about the task and how it seemed unfair.
In her latest tweet, Kamya Punjabi shared that according to her, former time gods in the house should not be allowed to choose the next one. She wrote, “Waise yeh task thoda ajeeb nahi laga? Ex TG kyu decide karenge ki naya tg kaun hoga? Chal kya raha hai #BiggBoss chahte kya ho. itni planning plotting kiske khilaaf ho rahi hai.”

Kamya Punjabi referred to the recent Bigg Boss 18 task, where former Time Gods Vivian Dsena, Rajat Dalal and Digvijay Rathee were given the authority to decide the fate of the new contestants. They had to remove the photos of contestants they thought unsuitable for the title of the next time god. Vivian eliminated Karan Veer Mehra and Shrutika Arjun, and Digvijay eliminated Kashish Kapoor. Avinash Mishra, the sanchalak, ensured that the task was carried out fairly. After this task, contestants Eisha Singh, Edin Rose and Vivian Dsena were in the race to become the Time God. Ultimately, Eisha Singh won with the help of Avinash Mishra.

Earlier, Kamya has also hinted that Avinash and Eisha have been plotting to keep the task in favour. Her tweet read, “Kaha se aaye hai yeh log. yeh kaunsa rule hai prompt nahi kar sakte? No doubt Eisha was so happy jaise hi sanchalak ka naam announce hua.. but i really thought Avinash fair rahega.” This was in reference to the same task when Digvijay Rathee was the first determine which contenders to eliminate from the race. Eisha Singh shouted that he took her name after being prompted by Karan Veer Mehra. She informed the moderator, Avinash Mishra, that Karan had taken Eisha and Sara Khan’s names. The moderator and other former time gods interrupted, explaining that competitors cannot prompt from behind.
