“I have body dysmorphia. When I go to the pool, it feels very strange. I don’t know how to go to the pool without feeling bad. I have tried a lot to overcome this thought. I tried to reason with my mind a lot but I am unable to overcome this. Of course, I have lost weight but I have a lot of trouble in showing it to people. This is the reason why I do not want to show my body to anyone. That is why I wear clothes that are much bigger than my size. I cannot convince myself that my body is okay,” Johar said.
