Kaun Banega Crorepati season 16, starring Amitabh Bachchan, has been a fan favourite. The audience enjoys the show not only for the knowledge it provides but also for the humor the host Amitabh Bachchan, brings to the screen. When talking to the candidates, the seasoned actor frequently discusses anecdotes from his own life. Recently, Arunoday Sharma, a former young participant, made a special appearance on the show. He was featured on KBC back in 2021. Speaking with him, the megastar recalled an incident when he was most scolded as a child.

In a recent episode, the audience was shown a photo of a young Amitabh Bachchan with his father and mother. Speaking of his parents, the actor considered himself fortunate in that all he has acquired over the years resulted from their blessings. Arunoday continued to ask the actor when he was normally scolded by his parents. Replying to the same, Amitabh Bachchan stated, “Whenever it used to rain or usually during the first rain of the season, me and my friends played a lot. We used to stroll around and get wet in the rain. So, my friends would come, and we would throw mud at each other, making the entire house dirty. When my mom and dad came and asked who created the mess, I had to clean the mud. That was the most bad scolding that I experienced.”

Some time back, another competitor in the hot seat discussed his devotion to staying active and how actors inspired him in this regard. He then inquired about Amitabh Bachchan’s workout plan. Amitabh remarked that he never focused on building muscle and now prefers light exercises. He mentioned, “I never had muscles. Now I am 83, the trainer said no matter what I do, I won’t have muscles. No matter how much I work out, pull machines, I don’t get muscles. But the next day, the entire body breaks. But I just walk and run a bit to stay fit at this age. I have just learnt to run.”

Kaun Banega Crorepati has been on air for 25 years. The makers commemorated a silver jubilee episode earlier this year. Amitabh Bachchan has been associated with KBC since its start in 2000, except the third season, which featured Shah Rukh Khan as the host. Harshvardhan Nawathe, the show’s first Crorepati, made a surprise appearance at KBC’s silver anniversary broadcast.
