Hina Khan is one of the highest-paid actresses in the television industry. Known for her role as Akshara Maheshwari Singhania in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the diva has already proved her acting mettle over the years. Unfortunately, last year, she was diagnosed with the deadliest disease – cancer. After several chemotherapies and constant treatment, Hina has almost recovered from the same. However, she has constantly motivated millions of people suffering from cancer with sneak peeks into her challenging journey. Now, Hina shared a powerful message to keep their faith strong.
On her Instagram stories, Hina Khan posted a picture message alongside a meaningful note It talked about keeping one’s faith in the almighty intact while dealing with various challenges of life. The note read, “Our rizq is in Allah’s hands, and He will never let you down. Don’t worry about things that are beyond your control. You are closer to your dreams than you think. Be confident with your duas and praise Him for His mercy.”
The note continued, “Allah’s provision is abundant, and His wisdom is perfect. Trust that He is always taking care of you, even in ways you may not immediately see. Stay hopeful and keep your faith strong, knowing that every sincere dua is heard and every effort is recognized.” This revealed how Hina believed in God to navigate her throughout her life’s struggles.
In the following story, the actress dropped a painting featuring herself. In it, she was seen folding her hands while praying to God with utmost dedication. Below the snap, the caption read, “SURRENDER doesn’t mean you are tired or weak, It means you have learnt to be strong enough to lay down everything at HIS Feet. Because now you know “His Plans are the Bestest”.”
On Eid 2025, Hina Khan revealed her only wish to be ‘cancer-free’. She shared a video montage in collaboration with Bombay Times. It featured stunning glimpses of her in a yellow-hued sharara set. The actress teamed her ensemble adorned with mirror and threadworks, with golden jewellery and glam makeup. In conversation with the publication, she said, “I want to be cancer-free for life. What else would I wish for? I keep telling myself that I am healing and that I will be cancer-free for life. This is what any cancer patient who has gone through so much would wish for. Nothing else.”
Hina was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in June 2024. Since then, she has always been open about her journey. Meanwhile, she has completed her chemotherapy sessions and is currently undergoing immunotherapy. In various social media posts, she keeps emphasising the importance of early detection and regular health checkups.
