KL Rahul is playing for Delhi Capitals in IPL 2025, and on Sunday (May 18) during DC’s match against Gujarat Titans at Arun Jaitley Stadium, he entered his name in the history books by becoming the first player in the world to score an IPL century for three different teams. Rahul has played for five teams in the IPL and has scored two centuries in 55 IPL matches for Punjab Kings, two centuries in 38 IPL matches for Lucknow Super Giants and one century in 11 matches for Delhi Capitals.
He crossed the 100-run mark with a four on the fourth ball of the 19th over of DC’s innings bowled by Prasidh Krishna. For completing his fifth century in the IPL, Rahul needed 60 balls, and so far he has hammered 12 fours and four sixes.

Rahul remained unbeaten on 112 runs from 65 balls and helped Delhi Capitals post a total of 199 runs on the board for the loss of three wickets in 20 overs. He added 90 runs for the second wicket with Abishek Porel (30 runs from 19 balls), 45 runs for the third wicket with Axar Patel (25 runs from 16 balls) and an unbeaten 48 runs for the fourth wicket with Tristan Stubbs (21 runs from 10 balls).
