Here’s How To Register and File A Complaint
– Visit the e-Daakhil portal at edaakhil/
– On the homepage, click the ‘Complain’ button in the upper left corner of the screen.
– Register on the portal by entering personal details including name, phone number, email, and address.
– Remember to select a complaint type from the drop-down option based on the amount of your grievance claim.
– Fill out the form with a thorough explanation of your concern. You can write the description in either Hindi or English.
– Attach any supporting documentation for the complaint.
– Enter the captcha code that appears on the screen.
– Click the ‘Submit’ button to submit your complaint.
– After submitting the complaint, you will be given a complaint ID that you may use to track the status of your complaint.
It is important to note that you can pay your court fees online using UPI or net banking. The case will be accepted within 48 hours, and the redress process will commence, lasting one month. You may also monitor the messages conveyed to the brand and consumers.
If you have any problems registering a complaint, you can engage a lawyer to complete the form for you. You can resubmit your complaint using the same login credentials. The court follow-up will be conducted via video conference, and the time and slot will be communicated to your registered phone number and email address.
