Kristin Cavallari revealed one of her exes sent her a flirty text on this week’s episode of E!’s Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour.
The 38-year-old reality star and fashion designer has been taking fans on her podcast tour for the new series, which stopped in her hometown of Chicago.
Before she became famous as a teenager on MTV’s Laguna Beach, Cavallari was born in Denver and lived in a Chicago suburb called Barrington, Illinois until her freshman year of high school.
Her Chicago tour stop featured a chat with Harry Jowsey from Netflix’s Too Hot To Handle and her first boyfriend from Chicago, Johnny, after recently opening up about what her ‘ideal man’ may be.
Towards the end of this week’s episode, she revealed that one of her ex’s sent a rather surprising text.

Cavallari, her bestie Justin Anderson and another friend Steph Biegel all went to get IV treatments to wind down after her tour stop.
She suddenly told her friends, ‘Wait, last night, during the show, Mark texted me, “How’s everything going?”‘
Justin was quite surprised, adding, ‘Really?’ Kristin then shared, ‘He just texted me, “I miss you,” before showing the text to her friends and sharing the text on camera.
Kristin revealed in last week’s two-part premiere that Estes was originally supposed to join her on the second of her two shows in the Windy City, but that all changed.
‘My ex-boyfriend Mark Estes originally agreed to be on the second episode as well as Harry Jowsey from Too Hot to Handle,’ Kristin said in confession.
‘But Talan decided to group text message on Instagram both Harry and Mark,’ she added, before they showed footage of Kristin calling Talan and telling him over the phone.
‘Okay, so Mark had no idea that Harry was coming. It was a huge blow to his ego, and he’s not coming now,’ Kristin tells Talan, who asks, ‘It’s my fault?’
She tells him, ‘Yeah, you ruined my whole second episode. So thank you.’

Kristin added in confession, ‘My ex-boyfriend Mark Estes dropping out of this podcast episode is tough, because the whole theme of the second show is people who have been on my podcast before.’
‘But now I’m gonna be pulling up Johnny, my very first boyfriend from Chicago. I’ve talked about him a couple times on the podcast. We were as in love as you can be at the tender age of 13 and 14,’ she admitted.
She also admitted that she hasn’t seen him for 15 years and claimed that their breakup is why she became such a ‘heartbreaker.’
However, Johnny claimed that she broke his heart and that she was essentially cheating on him before she moved to the O.C., which she denied.
Cavallari and Estes dated for roughly seven months from February 2024 to September 2024 before they called it quits.
