Kristin Cavallari dished on the origins of her feud with the Kardashian family during an appearance on Bunnie XOs’ podcast Dumb Blonde.
It has been more than a decade since she and her former good friend Kourtney Kardashian, 45, had a falling out.
There’s no love lost between The Hills star, 37, and The Kardashians empire, as she calls them ‘calculated’ and ‘fake’ and blames Scott Disick for the beef.
Kristin – who is already dating someone new after her split from Morgan Estes – knew Scott from her friend group in her early 20s and also dated Brody Jenner for a bit.
‘Scott and Kourtney started dating. That’s how I met Kourtney,’ Cavallari shared. ‘I f***ing loved Kourtney. We were really good friends.’
Then, Scott and Kourtney broke up briefly and Kristin headed to Las Vegas with some of her male friends.

‘Scott happened to be one of the guys that came. We were always just friends,’ the reality TV star continued.
‘He was devastated about Kourtney, and we all went out. We had a good time. I was never even alone with Scott.’
The next morning all the tabloids reported that Kristin and Scott had hooked up.
‘I was like, “What in the mother f***?”‘ she said, suggesting that Scott may have planted the story in an effort to ‘make Kourtney jealous.’
‘Kourtney was really upset about it, and I remember being on the phone with Kourtney being like, “Kourtney, you know that that’s not true. I would never f***ing touch Scott”‘ Cavallari said.
‘She was like, “Well, I don’t know. I just know I have sisters, and I would never put myself in that situation.”‘
Scott and Kourtney ended up getting back together before splitting for good in 2015 but that incident ended Kristin’s friendship with Kourtney.
‘Scott must have said it was true or something, because all it would have taken was for Scott to be like, “That’s not true,”‘ Kristin alleged. ‘That was my issue, too.’

All these years later, Cavallari doesn’t feel like she’s still feuding with the Kardashians.
Until, that is, Disick reached out to her randomly after she was just generally talking about the Kardashians on her podcast.
‘I go on my podcast and just was talking s**t about the Kardashians, like nothing in particular,’ Cavallari said.
‘And then Scott Disick DMs me after f***ing 15 years or something, like, “I miss you. We should hang out.”‘
She continued, ‘It just felt so calculated to me. And this is what the Kardashians and a lot of people in Hollywood do is when you’re out there talking s**t, they want to shut you up.
‘So, it’s keep your friends close and your enemies closer. And I don’t play that game. It’s so fake to me,’ she added.
During the same interview, Kristin dished about her ex-husband, former NFL player Jay Cutler, 41.
The former couple, who share sons Camden, 12, and Jaxon, 10, and daughter Saylor, nine, split in 2020 after seven years of marriage.

While she doesn’t ‘regret a damn thing’ she called their relationship ‘toxic.’
‘When you’re dealing with a pathological liar, it’s hard to know what the f***ing truth is,’ the businesswoman said.
Adding: ‘People who are lying to you or are cheating, that’s because they’re hurt. That’s about them. That has nothing to do with me,’ she noted.
‘There are things from my marriage that I will never know and I just sort of had to let it go. I’m over it now that’s probably why I can talk about it so freely now,’ Kristin said.
