Krushna expressed how surprised he was when Rekha invited him to dance with her.

The legendary star Rekha recently appeared on The Great Indian Kapil Show and mesmerised the audience with her evergreen charm. From sharing about how she learned to style herself from her mother to interesting anecdotes about her professional life, Rekha made sure to make the episode memorable for her fans. Moreover, her dance performance with Krushna Abhishek became another highlight. After this, Krushna posted a video of the act on his Instagram handle and expressed how surprised he was when Rekha invited him to dance with her.
The video featured Rekha dancing to the evergreen track – Salaam-e-Ishq. Next, Krushna entered the stage taking the role of Amitabh Bachchan. Their on-stage chemistry was sizzling, and spectators were enamoured by the act. Later, Kapil Sharma, Archana Puran Singh, Kiku Sharda, and Sunil Grover also joined them on stage. In the caption, Krushna wrote, “I keep posting my dance videos of my show, but this one guys ufffff compliments from legendary Rekhaji I could not believe when she said, “Kya dance karte ho mere saath dance karoge?”(Will you dance with me?) and I was like, ‘What kya SACH mein Rekha ji mujhse yeh kehe rahi hain’ (I thought is Rekha really asking me to dance with her?) I got ready and we did this song together. One of the bestest moments for an actor. Love you, Rekha Ji.”
In addition to Krushna, his sister, Arti Singh posted some behind-the-scenes photos from her star-struck meeting with Rekha. She posed with Rekha, Krushna, and her mother. The actress also described how thrilled she was when Rekha praised Krushna and the audience cheered for him.
Expressing her delight over this meet, Arti wrote, “Dream come true meeting legend Rekha ma’am so elegant, unki baatein uff unki awaz, tehzeeb, so beautiful, and also to witness everyone giving so much love to my brother.”
Meanwhile, the episode featuring Rekha was quite entertaining. Krushna Abhishek and Sunil Grover dressed up as Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan for a unique performance. Kiku Sharda was dressed as Umrao Jaan during the same performance. Rekha also sang for the audience before taking the stage to dance with Krushna. The episode is now available to stream on Netflix.
