Kylie Kelce taunts Joe Rogan listeners over her podcast success as she reveals ‘aggressive’ political views

Kylie Kelce has revealed her political views ‘aggressively lean’ to the left in a new interview about her entrance into podcasting, where she appeared to accuse Joe Rogan of lying to listeners.

The wife of retired NFL hero Jason Kelce – and Travis Kelce’s sister-in-law – has seen her new ‘Not Gonna Lie’ podcast launch to such huge interest, it even replaced The Joe Rogan Experience at the summit of the charts.

Now, in a New York Times interview, Kelce appeared to suggest that that the authentic nature of her own show is contributing to its strong start.

‘Maybe it’s the promise that you’re not going to get lied to,’ she suggested as a reason for her early success.

She added: ‘I couldn’t care less about the charts. I’m focused on putting out content that people like to consume.

‘If that puts us there (in top spot) for a week, cool. If it puts us there for longer than that, cool. But I also don’t need to feed any conflict that’s created by it.’

The article says Kelce did not name Rogan directly at any point in their interview but said she admitted to enjoying the outrage from his ‘triggered’ listeners and other critics, saying: ‘That’s getting me going.’

One of the most prominent critics was OutKick’s Charly Arnolt. While she congratulated Kelce for launching her new show, she mocked claims that she was already a bigger deal than Rogan.

‘To have a new podcast is a massive accomplishment,’ the 37-year-old Arnolt, who left ESPN in 2023 for OutKick, said. ‘But there is a very over-zealous type of reaction that is taking over the internet. And I would say it is just going a little bit overboard.

‘People are saying that because it is No 1 on Spotify, above The Joe Rogan Experience, that she has now “dethroned” Rogan in the podcast world.

First off, let’s be very clear, it is only one episode. And this is not a knock upon Kylie, she seems awesome… but all of this aside, is she on the level of Joe Rogan, who has been podcasting brilliantly for years and years?

‘Come on. No chance. Are her guests going to compare to President-Elect Donald Trump? Or Elon Musk? No way.

‘The feminists and liberals on the left are having a field day because of her topping him in this one week. They are trying to convince us Joe Rogan is no longer relevant because of Kylie Kelce stepping into the podcast space.’

Kelce said she would love to interview Michelle Obama on her podcast.

‘I would talk to Michelle Obama in a heartbeat, and I know she is not personally running but I would love it if she would,’ Kelce said.

Kelce, 32, has three children with her husband Jason – who played 13 years in the NFL with the Philadelphia Eagles – and they are expecting a fourth in 2025.

Her left-leaning politics align her with Taylor Swift, who brother-in-law Travis is dating, after the singer publicly backed Kamala Harris at the election in November.

But it puts her at odds with Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick, who made no secret of her backing for Donald Trump.

The two seem comfortable putting their political views to one side, though. When Kelce announced she was pregnant with her fourth child, Mahomes congratulated her on social media by saying: ‘Ahhhhhh Congrats you guys!!!’

The Kelce family have seen an explosion of interest in their lives since Travis and Swift went public with their relationship in September 2023.
