The Lakers and Mavericks have agreed to a stunning blockbuster trade involving Anthony Davis and Luka Doncic, according to a report.
Per ESPN’s Shams Charania, the Lakers are sending Davis, a first-round pick and Max Christie to the Mavericks, in exchange for Doncic, Maxi Kleber and Markieff Morris.
The Jazz are also receiving Jalen Hood-Schifino from the Lakers, a Mavericks second-round pick and a Clippers second-rounder from the Lakers.
Charania said ‘yes, this is real’ in a subsequent tweet as he acknowledged how astonishing the deal was.
