Pogba’s Penance
The 32-year-old Pogba signed a contract with Ligue 1 giants Monaco after the expiration of his 18-month ban due to doping charges.

He has made only 12 appearances over the past three seasons due to injuries, the ban, and an extortion case in which he was a victim.
The French World Cup winner began his career at Le Havre’s youth side before joining Premier League giants Manchester United. The midfielder moved to Juventus in 2012 in search of more playtime and helped the Turin giants to four consecutive Serie A titles.
Pogba returned to United in 2016 for a then-record fee of £105 million and represented the Red Devils for six seasons during his second stint. He went back to Turin to rejoin Juventus in 2022, but his time there was cut short due to the doping violation.
