So much for kissing the ring. Lara Trump wants people to kiss the president’s feet.
Donald Trump’s daughter-in-law Lara Trump is fiercely defending Elon Musk amid plunging stock prices in his Tesla company and a boycott threat the president called ‘illegal.’
She backed up both men during an appearance on Sean Hannity’s show on Fox, where she hosts her own program called ‘My View’ on Saturday nights, saying people should be ‘kissing the feet’ of the president and his billionaire aide and advisor.
The former RNC co-chair defended Musk and his DOGE cuts even as Trump took his first step to rein in the world’s richest man following a viral moment on Fox about a veteran set to lose his Pentagon job as part of an effort to eliminate ‘provisional’ employees.
‘It’s actually laughable every time you hear these people on the left say “Elon is enriching himself and his friends.” You just talked about it – this guy is losing money because of what he’s doing, but he understands the importance of this moment,’ she said.
‘We cannot continue in perpetuity, spending the way we are. We cannot survive as a country. So people ought to be kissing the feet of Elon Musk and Donald Trump for being the two people to actually do this. But these folks on the left are going to continue down this path. And you know what? They’re going to continue to lose the support of the American people.’
‘They ought to be ashamed of themselves but I know not a single one of them is,’ she fumed.
She spoke on a day when stock in Musk’s Tesla company tanked, dropping 15 percent Monday in the worst day of trading since 2020.

Her comments on ‘kissing the feet’ came just days after an apparent hack of the Department of Housing and Urban Development involving a streamed AI-generated video of Trump kissing Musk’s feet.
President Trump on Tuesday lashed out a Musk critics early on Tuesday, after vandalism attacks on Tesla vehicles – and said he would buy his own vehicle.

Trump did not specify what was illegal about the boycott effort, although other acts, such as a woman arrested for allegedly throwing a Molotov cocktail at a Cybertruck, constitute property crimes.
He also compared the attacks alleged election fraud, without offering evidence.

In any event, I’m going to buy a brand new Tesla tomorrow morning as a show of confidence and support for Elon Musk, a truly great American.
