Manchester United’s pursuit of Patrick Dorgu is understood to have received a boost with Lecce reportedly finalising a move for fullback Danilo Veiga. At Lecce, the 22-year-old is expected to potentially replace Dorgu. Romano recently claimed that the Premier League giants may bid again for Dorgu. “Patrick Dorgu starts for Lecce today. Lecce president Sticchi Damiani: “Man United? We are trying to keep the player, it’s our plan. Then at some point, you’ve to be logic; but we want keep our best players in Jan.” Man United will try to bid again, as reported earlier,” read another post shared by Romano on X.
