Liam Gallagher has slammed critics of his vocals at the Anthony Joshua vs Daniel Dubois boxing match at Wembley on Saturday night.

Fans of the Wonderwall singer, 52, who is set to reunite with his brother, Noel, for an Oasis tour in 2025, labelled his performance ‘terrible’ and some even threatened to sell their tickets for the upcoming shows.

During some expletive-laden posts on X this morning, Liam replied to a number of fans discussing his performance.

One fan Tweet defending Liam said: ‘Coolist f***er in Wembley last night. F*** them c***s who’s got there ears stapled to there a**e holes. It’s not a f***ing Jason Donovan Gig it’s RnR.’

In response, Liam agreed penning: ‘Exactly what do they think this is a f***ing pop concert soft c***s can’t handle the punk rock vibes.’

Liam went on to agree with a Tweet that stated: ‘Liam you sounded f***ing BIBLICAL last night, people’s attitudes towards you STINKS – Live Forever.’

As another fan asked Liam what he thought of those ‘complaining how you sounded yesterday’, Liam simply stated: ‘F*** THEM SP***BUBBLES.’

Dubois stunned the world and knocked out AJ in the fifth round of their bout for the IBF heavyweight title on Saturday night.

But after performing a three-song set – Rock n’ Roll Star, Supersonic, and Cigarettes and Alcohol – fans did not hold back about Liam’s performance, with some saying they were glad they missed out on tickets.

The slammed performance came after many were left disappointed when technical difficulties on the Ticketmaster website and sky-high dynamic pricing left them unable to get tickets for the Oasis tour next year.

Fans took to X in their droves to comment on Liam’s performance ahead of his highly-anticipated reunion with Noel.

‘Glad I never got Oasis tickets after hearing that Liam Gallagher performance’.

‘Does this Oasis reunion no favours this Liam Gallagher performance’

‘Liam Gallagher genuinely sounds f*****g awful’

‘Listening to Liam Gallagher at the boxing makes me grateful and thankful that I missed out on Oasis tickets …’

‘Is it just me or does Liam Gallagher sounds horrendous, I’ve seen better at the karaoke’

‘Liam Gallagher sounds appalling’.

However some fans enjoyed the singer’s performance, as one wrote: ‘You were better than the main event…think you were on longer too!’;

‘Liam Gallagher, highlight of my night,’;

‘Liam Gallagher sounding exactly how he has done for years tonight, for those of you who’ve only heard Wonderwall from 30 YEARS AGO,’;

‘Don’t understand why people are criticising this performance! Its classic liam Gallagher.’

British rivals Dubois and AJ finally met inside the ring to battle it out for the heavyweight title inside of a packed-out Wembley stadium and, to the surprise of many, it was Dubois who emerged victorious.

From the opening bell, ‘Dynamite’ Dubois put on a sensational display as he showcased his immense power and scored a knockdown in the opening round.

Despite what some may say was an ‘awful’ gig, Liam did help make history as show has become the biggest live boxing event in British history.

The previous record for the biggest attendance at a U.K. boxing event was 94,000 fans for a 2021 fight between Tyson Fury and Dillian Whyte.

In attendance of the 96,000 fans that have filled the stadium include Love Island’s Maya Jama, Connor McGregor and Emma Burton.

Boxing legend Tyson Fury also made an appearance with his son Tommy, who was boo’d when he appeared at the stadium following his split from Molly-Mae Hague.

And some did enjoy the performance, as some fans watching the big fight as then said the Brit was still ‘the man’.

‘i don’t want to see any liam gallagher slander here, he’s simply biblical’

‘Liam Gallagher, coolest man on the planet’

‘Liam Gallagher is the man’

And boxing fans in attendance also appeared to be happy to see the singer as they could be heard chanting ‘Liam, Liam’ in between songs.

The iconic front man strutted with trademark confidence and near-nonchalance playing a selection of percussion instruments, including maracas and a tambourine.
