Casey’s spotting came after it was revealed he will feature in the upcoming series after becoming close friends with Chelsea cast member Tristan Phipps, who’s currently starring on Celebs Go Dating.
And a source told MailOnline the reality star, who found fame on winter Love Island in 2023, is already dating Julia ‘Muffin’ Pollard from the show, a storyline which unravels on the new season.
Casey teased his debut in September, writing on Instagram alongside a photo of him and Tristan, ‘Made In Ibiza.’
A TV source revealed: ‘Casey has joined Made In Chelsea and is filming for the new series.
‘Being such close friends with Tristan, he fit into the cast right away and it wasn’t long before he started getting attention from his female co-stars.
‘He has definitely been getting on well with Julia in particular, who’s beautiful and 100 per cent his type.’
Julia was a new addition to Made In Chelsea after joining the E4 cast last season.
She was left humiliated when Tristan, who had met her parents on screen, stopped communicating with her, suddenly ending their blossoming romance.

The Love Island: All Stars favourite has joined Made In Chelsea, MailOnline revealed

The former Islander will feature in the upcoming series after becoming close friends with Chelsea cast member Tristan Phipps, who’s currently starring on Celebs Go Dating
The beauty is best friends with Jasmine Saunders, who was also left brokenhearted when Freddy Knatchbull cheated on her, causing the pair to split.
Freddy is the son of Curzon Cinema’s CEO Philip Knatchbull, and grandson of 1st Earl Mountbatten of Burma, and his second wife, Wendy.
He also has strong links with the royal family because his great-grandfather, Lord Mountbatten, was the uncle of Prince Philip and mentored King Charles in his younger years.
MailOnline contacted an E4 representative for comment.
Casey and Georgia dated in secret, but their romance was revealed on Love Island: All Stars.
During the show, Georgia confronted Casey over their breakup, which was made final after she claimed to have connected with his grandfather on a ‘spiritual’ level following his passing.

All Stars champ Tom, who won the series with girlfriend Molly Smith, formed a close friendship with Casey during their first stint in the villa
Casey said: ‘You know me, I’m not that much of a spiritual person… You mentioned my granddad and stuff like that and it really threw me off… you started to say that you saw my dead granddad and he wishes me well and I was like this is way too much for me.’
Georgia replied: ‘I was saying when I was mediating I had an experience where I felt I was sensing things from the other side.’
The former TOWIE star ended the series in a relationship with Anton Danyluk but the pair split shortly after their return to the UK.
Viewers last saw Casey on screen earlier this year when he entered the South African All Stars villa and was confronted by ex-Georgia Harrison, who was unhappy with the way their romance ended.
