Bank Holiday Today: Banks in several parts of India will remain closed on Thursday, April 10, 2025, in observance of Mahavir Jayanti, a significant day for the Jain community that marks the birth of Lord Mahavir, the 24th Tirthankara of Jainism.
Bank branches will be closed in the following states:
- Gujarat
- Mizoram
- Maharashtra
- Karnataka
- Madhya Pradesh
- Tamil Nadu
- Rajasthan
- Uttar Pradesh
- West Bengal
- New Delhi
- Chhattisgarh
- Jharkhand
Customers are advised to check with their respective local branches for specific holiday schedules, as bank closures may vary depending on the region.
