A video of legendary India cricketer MS Dhoni playing with a former teammate’s son is going viral on social media.

Ever since he retired from international cricket and limited his playing career to IPL, the legendary MS Dhoni rarely makes a public appearance. Even on social media, he barely posts or shares glimpses from his private life. It’s through his family, friends, teammates and user-made videos that go viral online that his fans get to a sneak peek into his life away from the cricket field.
One such video is doing the round on social media that shows Dhoni playing with the kid of former India cricketer Saurabh Tiwary who shared the adorable interaction via his Facebook account.
“Mahi Bhaiya playing with my son Sourish,” Tiwary captioned the video.
Tiwary was tipped to be Dhoni’s successor when he burst onto the scene and not just because he sported long hair like the legendary wicketkeeper-batter.
There were plenty of similarities between the two resulting in comparisons.
Like Dhoni, Tiwary too played domestic cricket for Jharkhand and like his illustrious countrymate, was known for hitting big sixes.
Tiwary went on to make his India debut under the captaincy of Dhoni. He managed to play three ODIs and scored 49 runs in two innings with a best of 37 not out.
