Known for building viral AI projects and launching multiple successful businesses, Pieter Levels is a Dutch entrepreneur. He has already built multiple profitable online businesses, including Nomad List, Remote OK, and Rebase catering to remote workers.

The 38-year-old entrepreneur uses AI-powered automation and no-code tools to develp projects. He developed his new venture, fly.pieter.com, a browser-based flight simulator built using AI coding tools, which has become a million dollar business.

According to fly.pieter.com, Pieter Levels has created the browser-based flight simulator called fly.pieter.com using AI-powered tools like Three.js and Cursor. He developed the initial version within three hours.

It is “a free-to-play MMO flight sim, 100% made with AI, without loading screen and GBs of updates”, according to fly.pieter.com. It just requires people to enter their name and join the game on the portal.

The game offers various aircraft options, including F-16, Cessna 172, A-10 Warthog, SAM Tank, Alien Triangle, and a Ski Guy with a Bazooka. Each vehicle has unique attributes like speed, altitude capabilities, and firepower.

AI-Made Flight Simulator: A $1 Million Business

The game developed by Levels using AI tools is now pulling in a total of $87,000 per month (monthly recurring revenue or MRR), according to his X handle. It is an annual recurring revenue or AAR of over $1 million.

“fly.pieter.com has now gone from $0 to $1 million ARR in just 17 days! Revenue update: $87,000 MRR (which is $1M ARR),” Levels said in a post on X.

His business is projected to hit $100,000 per month soon, which is $1.2 million AAR.

Apart from fly.pieter.com, Levels has other new-age businesses as well including PhotoAI.com which pulls in $123,000 per month, InteriorAI.com (earning $35,000 per month), Nomads.com ($24,000 per month), RemoteOK.com ($32,000 per month), and levelsio.com ($12,000 per month).
