Mark Cuban gives Elon Musk a personal warning about Trump after Tesla billionaire claims this will be LAST election if former president doesn’t prevail

Mark Cuban warned Elon Musk about Donald Trump sense of loyalty following the Tesla CEO’s declaration that this could be America’s ‘last election’ if Trump loses.

The billionaires are feuding over Musk’s support for former President Donald Trump, as the former Dallas Mavericks owner endorsed Democratic nominee Kamala Harris.

Musk drew Cuban’s ire on Sunday by making a stark declaration on X about Democrats conspiring to rig the electorate. The Tesla founder insisted that democracy is in peril; and only Trump can save us.

‘Very few Americans realize that, if Trump is NOT elected, this will be the last election,’ he wrote. ‘Far from being a threat to democracy, he is the only way to save it!’

Cuban has known Trump for decades and cautioned Musk, one of the ex-president’s biggest financial backers, about his true sense of loyalty.

‘Elon, there will come a time when you need something from Donald Trump. You will think you will have earned the right to ask and receive,’ Cuban wrote.

‘You have been a loyal, faithful soldier for him. You have supported him politically with 10s of millions of dollars. Then, at the point you need him the most, you will find out what so many before you have learned, his loyalty is only to himself.’

The Shark Tank star has said he would be willing to do ‘whatever I can’ to get Harris over the finish line in his home state of Pennsylvania.

Musk had issued a long rant about an impending Democratic plot to shift the electorate should the party retain the White House in November.

He said that Democrats will import millions of voters via illegal immigration over the next four years, fast tracking them to citizenship and pushing swing state margins into the blue column.

‘America then becomes a one-party state and Democracy is over. The only ‘elections’ will be the Democratic Party primaries. This already happened in California many years ago, following the 1986 amnesty,’ he wrote.

‘The only thing holding California back from extreme socialism and suffocating government policies is that people can leave California and still remain in America. Once the whole country is controlled by one party, there will be no escape’ Musk continued.

‘Everywhere in America will be like the nightmare that is downtown San Francisco.’

Musk did not provide evidence to support his elaborate theory that was pushed out to millions of people on the social media platform, which he owns.

As a Harris campaign surrogate, Cuban has been trying to push that it’s Harris – not Trump – who has a plan to continue to improve the economy four years out from the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

‘When you talk to her staff about putting together a policy, they literally dig in and try to understand it,’ Cuban said. ‘And when you do that, like a real business, you’re not just going to be impetuous about everything that you’re going to say.’

‘That’s the difference between the two. Trump will just say whatever he thinks he needs to say,’ the Shark Tank star said.

Cuban – who has feuded with Trump since he ran in 2016 – said Wednesday that he believes Trump’s advantage on the economy is ‘declining.’

‘I mean people are realizing that having a well thought-out plan is a whole lot better than someone who just talks off the tushy,’ he told DailyMail.com.

Musk has suggested he will step up to the mark if appointed to a White House role by Trump.

Trump said if he is elected president in November he would be open to naming the Tesla CEO to a cabinet or advisory role.

‘He’s a very smart guy. I certainly would, if he would do it, I certainly would. He’s a brilliant guy,’ Trump said in an interview with Reuters.

Musk responded to the comments on X today with just five words: ‘I am willing to serve.’

The world’s richest man, Musk has boosted Trump on X and dismissed left-leaning ideas as a ‘woke-mind virus.’

Musk did not immediately respond to a request for comment. He backed President Joe Biden in 2020 but has tacked rightward since then.

Musk said he believed he and the Republican Party were more closely aligned on their ‘core values’ than he and the Democrats.

‘One of those values being meritocracy, as much meritocracy as possible, so you get ahead as a function of your skill, and nothing else,’ he said.

Musk has also become more aligned with the GOP on social issues after revealing he claimed he was ‘tricked’ by the ‘woke mind virus’ into allowing one of his sons to become a transgender woman.

He said the PAC supported freedom from ‘as much government intervention as possible’ and claimed the state was more restrictive every year.
