Vocal Trump critic Mark Cuban has secretly owned a luxurious condo in Trump Tower for the past 25 years.
The 66-year-old Dallas-based investor, who made his wealth in computer software, purchased a 3,700-square-foot property on the 45th floor of Trump International Hotel and Tower on Central Park West in July 2000 for $13.5million, according to property records obtained by the New York Post.
His four bedroom, six bath property offers a huge living room with two walls of windows, offering panoramic views of Central Park, as well as a formal dining room that overlooks the city, according to a recent listing for a similar property that is selling for $19.75million.
The primary suite also boasts east-facing views of Central Park and the city skyline, as well as two private bathrooms.
Additionally, the condo has a breakfast nook, a private library offering floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bath.

As a resident of the luxury condominium building, Cuban also enjoys access to a 24-hour doorman and concierge services, a health club and spa, a 55-foot-long heated pool, a steam room, a sauna, valet parking and even room service from the Michelin-starred Jean-Georges restaurant next door.
It is unclear how often Cuban takes advantage of these amenities and how often he stays at the property.
He had purchased the condo through The Radical Revocable Trust, a company he oversees as trustee and a property deed in 2000 includes rights to the shared amenities.
In a statement to DailyMail.com, Cuban claimed the value of the property had plummeted since he purchased the luxury apartment.
‘I bought it 25 years ago. When I looked to sell it a few years ago, the value was more than cut in half,’ he said. ‘I got interest at 33m in 2014. In 2018 the best offer I could get was less than half of that.’

Then when Trump first ran for president in 2016, he had Cuban’s support.
But in a recent interview with podcaster Theo Von, Cuban alluded to a fallout between him and the former president.
He said he felt Trump was ‘the best thing to happen in politics because he wasn’t a typical candidate’ when he first ran, but then he ‘kind of grew out of it.’
When asked to explain further, Cuban said that ‘whenever you try to get into a conversation about details’ with Trump ‘it never worked.’
Still, Cuban admitted he worked with the then-president when the COVID pandemic came to the United States in 2020.
‘He asked me to come help during COVID,’ Cuban said. ‘When he asked me to help out [with] healthcare, I showed up, right, because country over party.
‘And I would do it again if he wins, but I hope he doesn’t.’

Cuban originally supported Donald Trump when he first ran for president in 2016, but has since become a major supporter of Vice President Kamala Harris
The Shark Tank star has since become a major supporter of Vice President Kamala Harris, who has phone banked for the Democratic nominee and has appeared at several of her rallies.
At an invite-only event at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh last month, Cuban said Harris can ‘absolutely’ win his home state of Pennsylvania as he vowed to do ‘whatever I can’ to get Harris over the finish line in the must-win swing state.
‘I’m from Pittsburgh, so meeting with and talking to a bunch of people and, you know, taking pictures, signing autographs and doing what I need to do,’ Cuban said of his role boosting the vice president.
He has also made controversial remarks on The View, suggesting Trump does not surround himself with ‘intelligent women.’
‘Donald Trump – you never see him around strong, intelligent women, ever. It’s just that simple,’ the prominent Kamala Harris supporter said from inside one of his private jets in an interview with The View.
‘It’s just that simple. They’re intimidating to him. He doesn’t like to be challenged by them.’

The comments sparked backlash from the former president’s inner circle with even liberal host Joy Behar disagreeing with Cuban’s remarks, saying even Stormy Daniels ‘was smart.’
The Trump campaign also seized on the remarks as evidence to back its claim that Democrats, including Kamala Harris, despise voters who support the former president.
Trump’s national press secretary Karoline Leavitt said the comments were ‘extremely insulting to the thousands of women who work for President Trump, and the tens of millions of women who are proudly voting for him.’
‘Joe Biden called Trump supporters garbage, and now, Kamala’s top surrogate Mark Cuban insinuated female Trump supporters are “weak and dumb,”‘ she said.
The billionaire investor has since admitted he made a flub on air.
‘It’s part of politics, it was my mistake, and I apologized for it. I certainly wasn’t saying anything negative about anyone supporting Trump,’ Cuban told DailyMail.com.
When asked what his wife off 22 years made of his comments, he said: ‘Tiffany watched the entire interview and had no issue with it. She knew what I was trying to say.
‘She also knows that when I do hundreds of interviews, there will be some I mess up on. I flubbed many more Mavs interviews that got me fined by the NBA. So she is kind of used to it,’ he added, referring to when he owned the Dallas Mavericks.
