This homemade dry fruits powder helps combat fatigue, strengthens the immune system, and benefits people of all age groups. Ingredients

  • 1 cup Makhana (fox nuts)
  • 1 cup Roasted gram
  • ½ cup Poppy seeds
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • ½ cup Dried dates (Kharak)

Preparation Method

  1. Heat a pan over medium flame and lightly roast the roasted gram until slightly crispy. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add makhana and almonds. Roast them while stirring continuously until the makhana turns golden and the almonds are fragrant. Remove and keep aside.
  3. Remove seeds from the dried dates and chop them into small pieces.
  4. Roast poppy seeds and the chopped dates together on a low flame.
  5. Once all ingredients are roasted and slightly cooled, grind them into a fine powder using a mixer.

Store the prepared powder in a clean, dry, airtight glass jar. Take one spoonful daily with milk either in the morning or before bedtime.
