A renowned plastic surgeon imprisoned and tortured his model girlfriend before trying to hide his abuse by forcing fillers into her eye socket that he had shattered, a new lawsuit claims.
Dr. Ammar Mahmoud has attracted dozens of glowing testimonials from his clients at Manhattan’s Alinea Medical Spa where he has a ‘particular focus on sexual wellness and function’.
But model Maya Willow Sias claims she was repeatedly battered, raped and forced to have sex with prostitutes at his luxury condo a few blocks further up Fifth Avenue.
Sias, 25, said she feared for her life and has lodged a $10 million claim against the respected medic claiming he is a violent drug and alcohol-abusing sex addict.
‘While one would believe that in this day and age it would be impossible to be shocked by depraved and misogynistic conduct, the callous and heinous actions of Dr. Ammar Mahmoud rise to a previously unimaginable level,’ the suit claims.
Maya Willow Sias was an an aspiring model and influencer when she met renowned plastic surgeon and gynecologist Dr. Ammar Mahmoud at a yacht party in April last year
Within weeks, she was recording the results of the violent abuse he inflicted on her, she claims, while allegedly imprisoned as his sex slave in his luxury condo on Manhattan’s Fifth Avenue
Sias was making a name for herself as a model and influencer when she met Mahmoud in April last year during a party on a yacht in Miami.
The girl from North Carolina said she refused his invitation for a threesome with his then-girlfriend but agreed to a date when she came to New York for a modelling job.
He began showering her with expensive gifts and glamorous foreign trips but only revealed his ‘monstrous temper’ after persuading her to move into his 17th story apartment, she claims.
‘Almost nightly Dr. Mahmoud would abuse drugs and alcohol, and force himself upon Willow at all hours of the night, irrespective of whether Willow consented to the sexual acts, or was even conscious,’ the lawsuit alleges.
And he allegedly flew into a rage after she awoke one night in June last year to find him entertaining three prostitutes in the two-bedroom apartment.
‘After the women left, Dr Mahmoud violently hurled Willow to the ground, mercilessly punched her face and body, and smothered her face with a pillow, causing her to lose consciousness,’ the suit claims.
‘Upon regaining consciousness, Willow found herself in excruciating pain, her right eye swollen shut, her right orbital socket fractured, her head misshapen, and her body and face covered in blood and bruises,’ it adds.
‘I thought I was going to die,’ she told The Post.
Mahmoud, 40, is the founder of Well Woman Associates Obstetrics and Gynecology and has won glowing testimonials from clients at the Alinea Medical Spa in Manhattan
He allegedly smuggled Sias (pictured) into his clinic where he injected fillers into her eye socket in an act of ‘calculated cruelty’ designed to disguise his attacks on her
In October, she documented her alleged injuries after she said he held her down as one of his female guests repeatedly punched her in the face
Sias said Mahmoud later apologized and ‘professed his undying love’.
But he allegedly refused to allow her to seek medical help, imprisoning her under threat of violence in his apartment for a month until the injuries began to heal.’
Sias said he monitored her mobile phone location to ensure she stay put, but she used it to take graphic photos of the abuse she had suffered.
Six weeks later, with the beating still apparent, he smuggled her into his clinic where he injected fillers into her eye socket in an act of ‘calculated cruelty’ designed to disguise his attack, the filing said.
‘The procedure was excruciating, and intentionally painful due to the lack of any anesthetic,’ the lawsuit claims.
‘He stabbed me in the face with a needle, I could feel the needle scratching against the bone,’ she said.
A profile of the Rutgers University graduate describes him as a ‘highly respected cosmetic gynecological surgeon known for his expertise in minimally invasive procedures’.
‘He has a particular focus on sexual wellness and function, and is dedicated to providing his patients with compassionate, professional care based on their individual needs,’ Yourhealthmagazine.com reported.
But as the months wore on Mahmoud forced antidepressants and ketamine on Sias to ‘keep her obedient and compliant’, the suit claims, while his alleged abuse escalated.
‘Mahmoud subjected Willow to further emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, by forcing her to participate in non-consensual sexual activities with strangers, sexually assaulting her while she was unconscious, and physically restraining and threatening her.
‘Specifically, Dr. Mahmoud forced Willow to participate in threesomes with prostitutes, even though she expressly told him “no”.
In October, he is alleged to have held her down as one of his female guests repeatedly punched her in the face.
Five days before Christmas, she fled the apartment and flew to LA where she has since managed to resume her modelling career.
But she claims that her treatment at his hands has left her with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, insomnia, claustrophobia, and a ‘diminished capacity for sex and intimacy’.
And the suit claims that Mahmoud has a ‘long history of abuse towards women’, noting that his ex-wife previously sued him for raping, beating and smothering her with a pillow.

It also alleges that he forced her to take a human growth hormone because he did not ‘approve’ of her body.
Mahmoud sued his ex-wife for defamation in 2019 denouncing her allegations as ‘outright fabrications’, and both their lawsuits remain unresolved.
The doctor has not yet responded to Sias’s summons, which was filed in Manhattan Supreme Court on Tuesday, but told the Post he would fight the suit and ‘unequivocally’ denies her claims.
