This is the moment a man was filmed calling other train passengers ‘immigrants’ during a racist tirade, just a few days after another unrelated rail rant.
A video posted to social media showed a man on a London to Sheffield train filming a woman while ranting about immigrants.
He accused the other passengers of being ‘in cahoots’ with migrants and said they must be ‘claiming something’ or they would be living in their country of origin instead of England.
The man – who was holding a tin and swaying on the train – was also filming on his phone.
‘Tell me the truth of how you belong here. ‘I pay my taxes I give to the NHS…’ give me a f*****g break,’ he said.
In a bizarre rant, he went on to say England ‘conquered the world then gave it back because we didn’t want it’.
The video ended with passengers reacting with shock and anger when he said: ‘I am not going to hit you. I have a girl here who loves to get hit and she isn’t getting hit right now.’
The footage was posted to X with the caption: ‘Just got racially abused on a London to Sheffield train.

‘This all happened because he heard me say I work with immigrants by the way.
‘Posting this resulted in receiving some of the worst racism I’ve ever experienced.
‘Literally slurs I didn’t even know existed’
In the video, the man said in a vile tirade: ‘You’re in cahoots with current immigrants.
‘That is what I believe. You are in England, you’re claiming something or you wouldn’t be here. You would be wherever you’re from.
‘Tell me the truth how you belong here. I pay my taxes I give to the NHS… give me a f*****g break.
‘England conquered the world and then gave it back because we didn’t want it. We conquered India and gave it back to India.
‘What have I said that is incriminating? Why are you recording me?
‘I am not going to hit you. I have a girl here who loves to get hit and she isn’t getting hit right now.’
The comments under the video were also full of racist comments such as ‘go back to India’ and ‘you third worlders don’t belong in the West.’
But many were supportive of the woman who posted it, encouraging her to report the man to the police.

A heated row broke out on an Avanti West Coast train after a female passenger told an NHS dentist to ‘go back to your own country’

In the video, she tells the man to ‘go back to Morocco or Tunisia’. The video was shared on TikTok
It comes just days after a heated row broke out on an Avanti West Coast train after a passenger told an NHS dentist to ‘go back to your own country’.
The male dentist was travelling from London to Manchester when he got into an argument with the woman sitting opposite him.
A video was posted on TikTok by @therealdrmero, capturing a two-minute verbal altercation between the two passengers.
At the start of the video, the woman tells the man to ‘go back to Morocco or Tunisia’.
The man, who filmed the altercation, explained that he was born in the UK, but the woman hit back, saying: ‘It doesn’t look like it.’
She then refused to answer whether she is indeed British herself.
The man replied: ‘That is racist what you said, don’t disrespect me like that. You probably weren’t born here yourself.’
Later on in the video, a third voice could be heard saying that they ‘heard’ the woman’s comments which they described as ‘disgusting’.
The cameraman then told her he has filmed the whole thing, to which she replied: ‘Good, good, show it to the police – I have no regrets.’
She added: ‘Show it to the police, show it to the staff.’
A second video was posted later which showed a woman being escorted away from the station by British Transport Police officers.
A British Transport Police spokesman said: ‘Officers received a text report to 61016 at about 11.45am on 3 February concerning racial abuse on a train from Euston to Manchester.
‘Officers met the train at Stoke railway station and identified people in connection.
‘Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
‘Anyone who can assist is asked to contact British Transport Police by either calling 0800 40 50 40 or texting 61016. Alternatively, information can be given anonymously to Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111. Please quote reference number 248 of 3 February 2025.’
