New potential evidence has emerged in the case of a Utah woman who has been accused of murdering her husband.
Jennifer Gledhill, 41, was arrested in early October after her husband Matthew Johnson, 51, vanished and was later charged with his murder.
Police say the mom-of-three opened fire on Johnson as he slept at their $1 million home in Cottonwood Heights, a suburb of Salt Lake City, then dumped his body in a shallow grave.
His remains have yet to be found but a batch of new evidence has been turned over for discovery in the case according to a document seen by ABC4.
Among the items including ‘Jennifer’s Phones’, ‘mis. cell phone data’, photos and videos of several guns and black boxes, according to the outlet.
She is scheduled to appear back in court for a preliminary hearing on Monday, December 2 after an earlier appearance in October.
That hearing heard how she and her husband had spent the night before he vanished ‘drinking whiskey’ and having sex.
She sobbed as a judge banned her from contacting her three children over fears she’d interfere with their witness testimony.

Gledhill was also accused of inconsistencies in her story after claiming Johnson had left her bruised following a domestic violence attack.
Johnson was reported missing on September 23, with Gledhill arrested after her unnamed lover told police that she’d told him about killing her husband.
In a police interview after her October 3 arrest, Gledhill claimed to have separated from Johnson – only to spend the evening of September 20 talking and drinking liquor with him.
She said they had sex , and ‘informed (the officer) due to the intoxication from the whiskey she had a hard time recalling the events that took place after’, a search warrant said.
Gledhill said Johnson ‘became upset’ during their evening together, but could not recall why, reports Fox13Now. She went on to offer conflicting excuses for bruises on her body, it is claimed.
Gledhill told cops Johnson ‘struck her several times’ with a closed fist, leaving her bruised on her arms, hands, face and legs.
Her secret lover – whose name has not been released – says Gledhill told him she got the bruises ‘from moving Matthew’s body and cleaning the mess in the house’.
Asked by one cop why she did not report her husband’s alleged domestic excuse, she claimed to have ‘made a deal’ with him.
Gledhill is said to have had a ‘long history of calling the police on Matthew for non criminal altercations.’

She told cops that they’d agreed he’d return to work at Camp Williams State Military Reservation the night after they had sex.
The alleged murderess says the first she knew of Johnson’s disappearance was a message from his co-workers saying he hadn’t made it into work.
Her lover offered an alternative version of events. He claims Gledhill told him that she’d shot Johnson in the head as he slept.
Gledhill is then said to have put his body in an attic store container, before sliding it down the stairs and into the back of her minivan.
Gledhill allegedly smashed Johnson’s phone and drove his truck to another area of their estate before driving his body north and burying him in a shallow grave.
Thoma, 71, and Rosalie Gledhill, 67, have both been arrested over claims they helped their daughter cover-up the murder of her husband
In late October her parents Thomas, 71, and Rosalie, 67, Gledhill were both charged with obstruction of justice for allegedly helping their daughter clean the crime scene.
Police say witnesses saw the parents cleaning the house for five hours, with Rosalie suspected of buying a new mattress for her daughter.
Detectives believe Johnson was killed on the old mattress, which subsequently disappeared and has not been found.
Blood stains were reportedly found underneath Jennifer’s bed when a search warrant was executed on September 28.
Jennifer’s parents told police earlier this month that they had been at her home, but denied helping her clean it.
