Namita Thapar keeps in touch with fans through intriguing posts. Her Monday Motivation entry, which she shared recently on Instagram, is something you may not want to miss. In the hilarious entry, Shark Tank India judge and Emcure Pharmaceuticals Executive Director shared a tip for dealing with toxic people in our lives. Interestingly, the hysterical Munnabhai MBBS references will leave you in splits.

The post featured a meme from the iconic film, starring Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi with a text overlay that reads, “Tera get well soon ho jayega, maamu!” However, what’s worth attention is the note attached to the post. She wrote, “Monday motivation. Mentally send this brilliant Munnabhai MBBS line to all the toxic people in your life & then smile & continue shopping.”

Before this, Namita Thapar reignited the ongoing debate on work-life balance as she shared her views on Netflix’s British mini-series Adolescence. In a LinkedIn post, she reflected on the challenges of balancing professional aspirations with family responsibilities, delving deep into the theme of the film.

Thapar began her post with appreciation for the portrayal of the impact of social media on mental health, further highlighting the importance of parents’ presence in a child’s life, stating, “Parenting is about being available for your kids, not just physically but emotionally too. Adolescence is a wake-up call for all of us.”

Further, she recalled her childhood struggles, sharing that her mother would send her to singing classes, kathak classes, and walking with a book on her head in an attempt to make her more feminine. Despite her perfectly good intent, the incidents left scars on her heart, as she mentioned. Namita continued, “My father felt I didn’t go to a good enough school, tried moving me to a better one, didn’t succeed, I felt he was “ashamed.”

Namita Thapar also had a solution for the same as she advised parents to communicate with their children, telling them how proud you are of them, mentioning that the “I’m proud of you” part is the most important. Concluding, Namita urged them to ensure work-life balance and “Say NO to 70 hour weeks” if they are a parent. In a previous post, she argued that individuals working 70 hours a week should reconsider marriage and parenting.
