Esha scored 580 to secure the third position in qualifications but showcased her prowess in the finals to surpass Maharashtra’s Abhidnya Ashok Patil, who settled for silver. Tamil Nadu’s Niveditha Nair finished third.

Abhidnya, who led the qualifications with a score of 585, was ahead of Esha until the seventh series of the 10-series final. However, Esha concluded with two perfect series of five hits and four hits in the final series, ending with a score of 41.

Abhidnya amassed a total of seven points in the final three series to finish with 36, while Niveditha was eliminated after the ninth series, taking third with a score of 30.

Two-time Olympian and 3P specialist Aishwary Pratap Singh Tomar topped the qualifications with a score of 633.5, while Parth qualified fourth with 631.9.

The winner of the T3 trial, Umamahesh Maddineni, took an early lead in the finals, which also included former world No 1 and world record holder Divyansh Singh Panwar and three other Army shooters.

Junior World Championship medalist Parth maintained a position around third during the initial stages but advanced to a joint lead with Aishwary after the 16th single shot of the elimination stage. In the 17th shot, he took the sole lead and held on to win, finishing with 251.8.

Aishwary’s pursuit fell 0.3 short, securing him second place, while Umamahesh finished third.

In the women’s 3P T4 final, Vidarsa triumphed over a star-studded field, finishing with 462.7 after 45 shots to edge out Punjab’s former world championship silver medalist and two-time Olympian Anjum Moudgil by 0.3 points. Haryana’s Nischal, a World Cup silver-medalist, came third.
