The two-time Olympic medallist took to his social media to share the announcement and pictures from his intimate wedding ceremony. For the wedding, the couple opted for matching baby pink ethnic ensembles, and the pictures look oh-so-dreamy!
Taking to his Instagram, Neeraj Chopra shared two pictures from his wedding ceremony. He wrote, “Started a new chapter of life with my family. Grateful for every blessing that brought us to this moment together. Bound by love, happily ever after. Neeraj Himani.” The post has fetched over a million likes. Pictures show the couple surrounded by their family and close friends. Fans took to the comments to wish the couple well as they embarked on this new chapter of their life. Celebrities like Suresh Raina and Gajraj Rao also commented on the post and congratulated the couple.

For the wedding, Neeraj went with a baby pink sherwani which he had worn with a matching pagdi. Himani, on the other hand, complemented him in a stunning baby pink bridal lehenga which was adorned with intricate floral embroidery. She also donned a matching bridal choora. For the jewellery, she went with a mix of silver and green jewellery.
The news of Neeraj’s marriage took everyone by surprise as the athlete has always kept his personal life under wraps. On the professional front, Neeraj was the first Indian athlete to win a gold medal in a track-and-field event at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021. He also bagged the silver medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
