‘For a quick but effective workout, I mix it up—5 minutes of yoga to stretch, 5 minutes of core work, and 5 minutes of sprint intervals on the treadmill while blasting heavy metal or house music.Â

‘A clean vegan diet fuels my body for everything I do—whether it’s surfing, hiking, yoga, or an intense treadmill sprint session to heavy metal or house music!’
‘I mix things up—some days I’m surfing, some days I’m hiking, and when I need a quick, intense workout, I jump on the treadmill for 15 minutes of sprints while blasting heavy metal or house music.Â
