Laughter Chefs 2 has captivated the audience with its perfect blend of humour and cooking challenges. Due to high demand from the audience, the cooking-based show has been extended beyond April 1. Meanwhile, Bigg Boss 17 contestant Mannara Chopra will exit the show because of prior commitments. As a result, makers are planning to bring back season 1 contestant Nia Sharma to replace the actress.

In a recent interview, actress Nia Sharma confirmed her comeback in Laughter Chef 2. The Jamai Raja actress is all set to reunite with her old partner, Sudesh Lehri, in the show. The duo, which shared a hilarious relationship in the first season, received praise for their epic chemistry.

From her theatrical roti flips to her humorous taunts directed towards Sudesh Lehri, Nia’s unmatchable humour provided a lot of entertainment in the kitchen. The actress revealed that fans were always asking about her return after the end of season 1. Other contestants frequently admitted how much they missed her.

Talking about her return in the Laughter Chefs 2, Nia Sharma told India Forums, “I’ve really missed Laughter Chefs. Almost every day, someone—fans online or even strangers at the airport—asked me when I was returning. That kind of love is rare. My bond with Sudesh Ji became such a hit, people still tag me in those funny moments! So, coming back was an easy yes. I’m excited to reunite with the original Laughter Chefs family. Get ready for sass, spice, and kitchen madness!”

Moving on, Mannara Chopra chose to leave the show because of her prior work commitments. Talking about her exit, she stated, “Moving on is never easy, especially when it feels like you’re leaving behind a family. But with prior commitments demanding my attention, it’s time to say goodbye to my Laughter Chef family that I have made. Whipping up the quirkiest dishes and sharing laughter, this show never felt like work- it felt like home.”

Mannara further revealed, “I’ll forever treasure the friends, the laughter, and the memories we’ve created together, especially sharing the stage with Sudesh Lehri ji, who is a comedy legend in his own right.”

For the unversed, the current lineup of stars includes Ankita Lokhande, Vicky Jain, Kashmera Shah, Krushna Abhishek, Abhishek Kumar, Samarth Jurel, Rubina Dilaik, Rahul Vaidya and Elvish Yadav.
